I specialize in natural light photography which I feel allows me to genuinely capture those special moments between you and your loved ones in a simple yet beautiful way.
After almost 12 years and hundreds of babies and families under my belt, I still love photographing the natural bond between children and their parents. With three small children of my own, I know how fleeting time can be. I can't believe it as I type this, but I have been a Maryland and Washington D.C. Maternity, Newborn and Family photographer for almost 12 years now! Watching families grow over the years and capturing their journey brings so much joy to my heart. So many of my clients have been with me since the very beginning when I first opened my business so many years ago, and I am honored that they still choose me as their photographer each and every year! If I learned one thing from my life journey, it's that photos are so important for you to be able to look back on. When we expereinced a house fire in my teen years, the number one thing we were all so happy to have survived were our family photos. ever since then, i have always held physical photos near and dear to my heart.
Displaying your priceless memories also shows your children how important your family is - helping instill a sense of self and worth in their lives. It has also been scientifically proven to boost self esteem and confidence!
